- Season ticket exchange requests must be received 48 hours prior to the match you will not be attending.
- Tickets will be exchanged into the best available remaining location based on your membership location.
- Exchange locations are subject to availability.

Unless noted below, seat locations for the match you are exchanging into will be located near your actual Membership location or next best available location.

Tickets exchanged out of the Scotts Field Seats, Center Circle, or Premier East will be exchanged for Lower Sideline tickets or best available section.

Tickets exchanged out of the Nordecke will be exchanged for Upper Sideline or South End tickets depending on preference stated below.


If you have special instructions for the ticket office, please include below. 

* Your exchange tickets will be available on your Columbus Crew SC Account Manager once you receive a confirmation email from the Columbus Crew SC ticket office.

* All parking passes must be exchanged in person or by mail a minimum of two (2) business days in advance of the day the parking pass is originally scheduled for. Once the match has passed, an un-used parking pass can not be exchanged.
